Ms. Redman currently serves as VP Business Operations and General Counsel at Indix Corporation, a data analytics and machine learning company. She is also an active early stage technology investor and advisor based in Seattle, Washington.
Prior to her current roles, Heather was SVP at Summit Power Group, Executive and Senior Vice President at each of Atom Entertainment, Getty Images and PhotoDisc and General Counsel of Getty Images, a publicly traded company. Heather's career has had equal parts business and law, and has included COO positions, business development, mergers and acquisitions, venture and public company financing, heading product development and acquisition for Atom and multi-billion dollar wind power development and project financing for Summit.
In addition to serving on Beneficial State Bank’s board, Heather serves on the board of the Washington Technology Industry Association (Vice Chair, Chair Governance Committee), the Greater Seattle Chamber and Forterra and as a Fund Advisor to 9Mile Labs Fund. She serves on the executive committee of the Global EIR Coalition, the governing advisory board of the Hawthorn Club, the Connector Board of NCWIT and as a mentor at Techstars. She has served on the boards of several privately held companies and many industry associations and non-profit companies as well as on numerous advisory boards. She is an investor in TechStars, 9 Mile Labs, Founders' Co-op, Pioneer Square Labs and Alliance of Angels as well as in several other funds outside of Seattle. Heather is very active in local and national policy.
Heather’s law degree is from Stanford and her BA is from Reed.
