  • How do I activate my debit or ATM card?

    Call 800-992-3808 to activate your debit or ATM card and set up your PIN. Please call from the phone number you provided when you created your account.

  • What should I do if my debit or ATM card is lost or stolen?

    If your debit or ATM card is missing, contact us as soon as possible.

  • How do I make an auto loan payment?

    We offer several ways to make a payment on your auto loan, including online, through our app, via phone, or by sending a check through the mail. See payment details.

  • How do I check my auto loan balance?

    You can check your balance by logging in to online banking. In the top right of the Beneficial State Bank website, click Log In and enter your username and password. You’ll need to register the first time you access your account.

  • How can I apply for an auto loan or refinance my current loan?

    You can apply online through our website. You can also apply to refinance your current non-commercial auto loan to lower your rate or payment amount.

  • How can I update my auto insurance?

    If you have a new or updated auto insurance policy, upload your new insurance policy.

  • How can I change my auto loan due date?

    For a due date change, contact our support team. We’ll see if we can move your monthly payment due date to a day that works better for you. Some restrictions may apply.

  • How can I make payment arrangements?

    If you have missed a payment or think you may miss an upcoming payment, contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll review your account and try to work with you to make arrangements. Some restrictions may apply.

  • What should I do if my vehicle has been involved in an accident or impounded?

    Contact our Collateral department as soon as possible at 559-793-0373, available Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time.

  • How can I add Beneficial State Bank as the lienholder/loss payee for my auto insurance policy?

    Call our Customer Care team and we will be happy to help you out. We can help you report your credit card lost or stolen, make a payment over the phone, troubleshoot issues with online banking, or any other issues with your credit card.

  • How can I make a payment by mail?

    You can make your credit card payments via check/money order or bill pay. Mail to:

  • How can I turn on eStatements for my account?

    Signing up for eStatements makes viewing your statements your statements convenient, safe, and environmentally friendly. To turn off paper statements and opt in to receive eStatements:

    1. Log in to online banking.
    2. Click "Accounts," then "Statements."
    3. Read and follow the instructions to eSign the eStatement Agreement.
    4. Select "Electronic" next to your accounts and unselect "Paper."
  • How do I order checks for the first time?

    You can choose between our standard Beneficial State Bank-branded check or many other check designs. Browse check designs. Once you’re ready to order, call our Customer Care Center.

  • How can I reorder checks?

    If you’ve ordered checks after January 1, 2020, you can reorder online.

  • How can I receive a domestic incoming wire?

    Use the information below to receive a domestic wire. To ensure proper routing and delivery of funds, be sure all fields are used. Missing or inaccurate details can cause posting delays, returned wires, or even loss of funds.

    Call our Customer Care Center, go in-person to a branch near you, or reach out to your primary account officer for assistance with receiving an international incoming wire.

  • How can I send a domestic or international wire?

    Our branch staff will be happy to assist you with sending a domestic or international wire. Find the branch nearest you and then call or come in person to initiate a wire transfer.

  • How can I obtain verification of employment or income?

    For security and privacy of employee information and for 24/7 access for verifiers, we use The Work Number for all income and employment verification requests. Our employer code is 10549908.

    If you are a current or past employee and are financing a loan for a home or vehicle, renting a property, or applying for a credit card, you can direct your requestor to this site and provide them our employer code. If you are a third-party verifier, you can access employment and (if granted by the employee) income verification through The Work Number.

  • How can I apply for a job at Beneficial State Bank or check the status of my job application?

    If you want to view current openings or are ready to apply, look at our open positions.

    If you've already applied, you can log back into your Careers account and check the status. If you’ve forgotten your password to your job application, hit the Careers account link and click “forgot password” to reset your password using your e-mail address you provided.
