To assist our clients experiencing financial hardships due to COVID-19, we are automatically waiving some fees, and providing other concessions by request. We know every financial situation is unique, please contact us for assistance.

If you are participating in one of our Credit Card Programs, you may be eligible to take advantage of the Skip-a-Pay Option.
- Skip-a-Pay starts April 1, 2020 and runs through May 31, 2020.
- A business or consumer may choose not to make a payment in the months of April and May.
- There are no late fees or delinquency credit reporting notices if you should choose not to pay during this time period.
- Finance charges would continue to accrue.
- No enrollment is necessary; simply Skip-a-Pay during those months.
