Randell Leach
 

Randell Leach, a corporate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in financial services, serves as Beneficial State Bank’s Regional President for the Pacific Northwest. Formerly the Bank’s Chief Credit Officer, Randell brings broad expertise in finance, operations, and new market development, and the ability to creatively solve complex financial challenges. At University of San Diego, Randell completed a BA in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He continued his education with credit management training at Wells Fargo and at the University of Washington, where he received professional certification in the Pacific Rim Bankers Program.

Randell currently serves on the Board of Directors of EarthAdvantage, a nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate the creation of better buildings. Previously, Randell served as Treasurer and Board Director for Cascadia Green Building Council, where he provided legal, financial, and operational oversight during the organization’s extraordinary growth period. Randell has also served as Director for the highly impactful nonprofit Friends of Trees, whose colorful tags on new plantings can be seen in nearly every Portland neighborhood.

Early in his career Randell worked as a loan officer and credit analyst for Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group, where he gained substantial workout management experience developing resolutions for a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate loans. He then moved into a position as a relationship manager in commercial banking, and from there to Wells Fargo international relationship manager and vice president. Randell has also had firsthand experience with entrepreneurship as the founder and CEO of mox, Inc. He created a software platform designed to build deeper financial relationships by ameliorating financial institutions’ direct marketing to consumers and empowering individuals to reach their life goals.

Randell has been instrumental in guiding the bank’s growth concurrent with maintaining integrity as a mission-driven financial institution.
